I’ve been a member since 2022-01/01/2026 It’s a good local/private gym but it feels like a public gym at the same time but if your going to pay 70-75$ I recommend on checking out absolute recomp or even EOS There’s only 2 restrooms and sometimes there’s a line to the restrooms And lowkey the gym only asks for one gender perspective on improvements 10/10 equipment but since people let there friend group in it gets packed Maybe I just miss the nostalgia where it felt like a private gym

Without a doubt the most athletic gym in the area, if you’re looking for a gym to work, this is THE spot. Not only do they have a great environment, their staff (Freddy) is a genuine person that will not only appreciate your time but value it. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Overall a great place to work out at. It’s never busy which is a PLUS! The only thing I wish they have is a Seated Hamstring Curl machine. Besides that, they really have all the equipment any gym rat would use and love.
