I absolutely love PTfitness. They are very involved with your journey, from loosing weight to just keeping in shape. The owner, Ron is very passionate about fitness and knows all his clients by name. They really do make feel comfortable no matter what level you are at.

Today was my first of many classes. It was a tough workout seeing as I have a fitness level of zero. Though I made more mistakes than I can count, I didn't give up or quit and I completed the class. Nicole, the instructor, was very kind and understanding, but also tough and encouraging. I loved that it was a small class so I didn't have to embarrass myself in front of a lot of people. The other participants were actually all very warm, encouraging & supportive; I couldn't have had a better experience as a beginner than I did here. I can't wait to go back! This is where AWESOME goes to become SPECTACULAR!!!

The workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome, and the members are kind and inspiring! Taking one hour out of my day 3 to 4 times a week to be at PT Fitness has truly been a life changing experience!
