My wife and I chose David Luttrell and are very happy we did. We needed our dry rotted front porch boards removed and replaced. We also needed the underneath framing fixed because some of it was also damaged. If you call him he will give you a written estimate within 1-2 days. He did it all a week later and it took him 2 days. He stayed to the estimate even though he did some extras. We had specific materials and trim we wanted so it was important to have a good listener. Call David. You won’t regret it. He has automatic text messages that confirm his appointments and he is always on time.
