We had tree roots that severed a water line and busted the resident’s shutoff valve. Jace took really good care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything along the way, and was kind and courteous too. He organized each step of the process (diagnosis, hole digging, repair, fill dirt replacement). Rockwater is extremely reasonable, honest, no hidden fees, and had discounts to offer. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues. Corey also worked very hard to fix some unforeseen issues that popped up as a result of the waterline repair. Those repairs were completed at no extra costs to us and most were upgraded from what we had originally.
