Very disappointing experience. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in helping. She was impatient and gave incorrect information about the return policy. According to GNC’s policy online, the return should have been allowed, but she told me to come back the next day. I live far away and was not able to return to the store, and she acted rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. GNC should provide better customer service training for her this experience ruined my day.

This location is one of the worst locations I've been too. It has far fewer products on the shelves compared to other locations. An employee named Angel was especially rude to me during my visit today. I asked if there was any similar product to Alani pre workout. His response was quite condescending and unhelpful. I ended up getting Alani again because he basically wasn't interesting in helping look for another product. Then at checkout he had an attitude the whole time. I'm definitely never returning to this location.
