Grayzer upgraded my service and replaced my dangerous Federal Pacific panels. However when they encountered non-standard spacing in the wall, they didn't consult with us on how to deal with it and chose the worst possible solution. They could have reframed the wall section - it's not load bearing - or they could have surface mounted it to the left so I could have put my shelves back up. Instead they surface mounted it so that I've lost use of 25% of my pantry. Completely unnecessary.

Excellent communication and work! We had them install a LV2 EV charger. They sent a really handy email to help you with the application for the EV charger rebate through City of Austin. We will definitely use them in the future for other needs.

Grayzer was excellent to work with for my Tesla wall connector installation. They provided a thorough and detailed quote and responded very quickly. Their pricing was also very fair. Zack and Todd are awesome. They showed up on time and walked me through the install. They estimated 1.5 hours and were spot on. They even went above and beyond and notified me of a minor issue from a less-than-perfect job that some previous electricians did and took care of it. Love to see that attention to detail and someone who appreciates good quality work. They even cleaned up after some minor drywall work and left the place spotless. Afterwards Zack walked me through the finished install and helped me get set up with the app. I'm really happy to have worked with these guys. They are very professional, do high quality work and extremely efficient. Thanks for the excellent job. I hope to get to work with y'all again in the future.
