Uh-maz-ing! Roland has moves, like MOVES, y'all, *and* he's an excellent dance teacher. Roland's class sets me free every. damn. week. It's my soul fuel. And I love seeing fellow Grit fam destroy the dance floor. Join us! No dance training required. Leave your perfectionism at the door and werk! Grateful for you, Roland!

Just took Roland's dance class and Jaleesa's workout class. Jaleesa's class was TOUGH (a sweat fest), but I really felt like I was challenging myself. Roland's class was a great workout and just pure fun. He has amazing energy. Can't recommend GRIT enough!

It was a tough class, but so are we! Brit was phenomenal! Her encouragement and direction kept us on track throughout a tough one. Great gym, great energy and from the moment I entered until we ended the workout, I felt welcomed.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! The front desk staff were so kind & welcoming. I felt so comfortable & loved all three classes I took! Miranda was a FABULOUS instructor who made sure everyone felt like they knew what they were doing & she kept the energy up. Would 10/10 recommend coming here & taking her classes!!
