Love everything about Halea - the instructors and staff, the heat, easy booking, lots of classes! It took one class for me to become a regular.

I love Halea! I’ve been able to grow and improve so much in my practice! I’ve gone to just about all the different yogi instructor classes they offer and each class is so unique and engaging in its own way. 10/10 would recommend to everyone at all levels! Also the studio is always so clean and smells lovely!

I first came to Halea, before it was Halea, by way of a recommendation from a friend. I am from the hot and humid Mississippi Delta where you sweat, sometimes all day. Since moving to the PNW things have become more stagnant within my body in so many ways, AND my body is changing. The Jivamukti practice of my 20's and the Kundalini practice of my 30's are not working for me in this era and terrain. I realized quickly that sweating a few times a week was the way forward for me. So, I started with Kevin's Base class and OMG, I can not tell you how much I need his voice and his rhythm. I cant make it through a class yet without going into childs pose but who cares. I am loving the whole vibe!
