Just played at Hwatt this last Monday and had a wonderful experience. From the pro shop to the course everyone was professional and kind. The course was in great shape and greens are currently some of the best in the San Antonio area. Highly recommend this course.

There have been some ups and downs with this course over the last few years due to construction (which has nothing to do with the golf course just the resort) but things are really starting to look up. My husband and I were out yesterday and man was the course in great shape! We talked to some of the staff and they said they have a new super who really takes pride in his work and honestly it showed. While there is still construction going on, all of the course is back to working condition. The driving range is beautiful. The practice putting green gives you a level of difficulty to really get you ready for your round (I hate flat practice greens). The greens on the course were in GREAT condition along with the tee boxes and fairways. Overall it was a very enjoyable day of golf and we can’t wait to get back out there. I mean just look at it!

My experience at the Hyatt Golf Course has been absolutely disappointing. As a professional golfer and member for ten years, I’ve always worn flip-flops without any issues, but this is the first time I’ve been told I can’t. The staff member, Jesus, singled me out in an unprofessional manner and is clearly unqualified for his role. Additionally, the greens are in horrible condition compared to other courses like The Quarry, and the prices are far too high for the quality. The Hyatt is trying to imitate The Quarry but fails in every aspect. Most importantly, the entire experience has gone downhill since the current management took over. Membership and tournament play have declined drastically, and it’s clear that upper management is responsible for this downfall. I strongly advise everyone to avoid the Hyatt for tournaments, casual play, or any reason if you want to be treated well, and I believe Jesus should be removed from his position.

Great staff. The fairways were in decent shape but the greens were really slow because they were aerated. That said Golf Now made no mention at all. Will definitely play again.

The staff were courteous and friendly. However I was appalled at the course conditions given the $100+ price point. Greens and tee boxes were covered in dead spots and weeds. I am used to playing goat ranches but not for $100+...
