This place has gone downhill since Covid. The staff used to be super friendly and welcoming. Now, everytime I go there (the weekdays in the morning) the girl at the front desk almost never even acknowledges me. She’s either on her phone or chatting with a friend. Other staff members are more prone to smiling and saying hello. They only have one pully tower and it’s always being used. The boulder routes are ok, but if you’re a beginner to intermediate climber and a shortish person, they don’t have that many. It is very clean in the restroom and yoga studio and I usually don’t have too hard a time finding a parking spot. But for the price, in my opinion, it should have a friendlier staff and more gym equipment.
