Training Loft is an incredible, safe, and comfortable place. It is more than worth every penny. In fact, it is probably the best money I have spent to date. Training Loft's staff helped me become physically and mentally stronger than I have ever been before. When you consistently show up, everything just works. The funny, kind, and dedicated TL team make it easy to show up every week. I began going to TL in Summer 2023 without really ever having stepped in a gym my entire life. I did not realize how underweight I was at the time. Nor did I realize how much healthier I could feel. With a great deal of care and attention, the TL staff helped me feel safe and welcome when I felt more than a little overwhelmed and lacking confidence elsewhere. If I could learn to do a pistol squat, so can you! I did not just learn how to lift weights and do pull-ups (but there is a lot of that, to be clear). I also learned how to eat better, work through physical exhaustion, build up my stamina, and live a better life. Melrose is also a fun area to be around. Just give them your money already. :)

Stephen and Wayne have designed an ideal environment and community for transformative results. Superb trainers - authentically kind and motivating with such expertise. A great fitness program involving the entire staff of trainers, nutrition and wellness support, and scheduling that suits even the most hectic lives. They will meet you where you are. These are truly impressive people. No bluster. A focus on your goals on pace. I can't say enough. I've lost 20 pounds in three months while converting a significant percentage of body fat to lean muscle mass. I'm seeing it and feeling it -in my posture and energy level and sleep quality. Without feeling intimidated and in the perfect, calm and supportive space. My husband is standing tall again and looking and feeling great. Best decision we've made in years. I have been training with personal trainers at this gym and also working with Garrent Santi at their wellness center for the past 6 months. The trainers are very professional, encouraging and effective. My mobility has significantly improved and I am in much better shape. I would highly recommend Training Loft to anyone serious about getting into shape and/or improve their mobility. The owners of training loft are delightful to work with.

I am so grateful for the team at Training Loft. I came in highly intimidated by anything strength training related and my own body struggles. I cried my first session, ha! and now I have completed 19 sessions / 2 months in. I'll get back to you in a year about how much my body transforms (already down 2% body fat and 5 lb muscle increase) but this has been more internally healing. They remove much of the barrier to entry by making the sessions 30 minutes and holding you accountable with scheduling. The included Physical Therapy aspect makes the experience feel much more health-related than aesthetic, which I need. All the trainers are very very good. Have fun.
