I recently started my weight gain journey and today was my first workout at House of ALIO. From the moment I found them on TikTok and took a tour with Sammy, I knew I wanted to become a member. The music is great and really sets the vibe! Joseph took the time to show me how to use one of the machines and even recommended a protein smoothie. which was so good! The environment here feels different in the best way and I really enjoy it. I’m excited to keep going and see my progress!

In town for work and this place stands out and above every gym in San Antonio. Clean, respectful, the staff is helpful and friendly, a place to grind and feel good afterwards with a shake next door to top off the post workout meal. Amenities are top tier. Will be making this my home gym every time I’m in town.
