I cannot recommend urban enough! The studio is clean, the instructors are so kind, and the workout is like no other. I’ve been going since September and I truly feel a difference! The first time is hard but after a couple classes you can see yourself getting stronger and more flexible. The instructors keep you motivated during class and are so celebratory of every milestone. It feels like a community!!!

Started at UL in April and I’ve been LOVING the classes. I was looking for a new fitness community and I’ve found it here. The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging with high energy and there are so many class times to accommodate busy schedules. If you’re considering Lagree, I’d strongly recommend UL! It’s a challenge but you’ll feel GREAT after class!

I can't say enough about UL. I moved from Houston where megaformers, xformers, and Lagree are around every corner. When I moved to Helotes I could only find Pilates. Thank goodness for Urban Lagree stepping out on a limb and entering the San Antonio market! I drive half an hour into town weekday mornings to work out here. They have great modification cues. Having an off day? They'll tell you how to take a movement with less difficulty but keep your form. Want to push it? They can help you gage which extra spring to throw on. The facilities are always clean and serene. Cubbies for your things are provided, the bathroom has hair ties and deodorant, and there is a changing room with a full length mirror that comes in handy since I go straight from the studio to work in town. Their schedule keeps expanding. I'm personally very tempted by that 4:30p class. Most places don't open for evening classes until 5pm so having that slot available is very appreciated. My only complaint? Open more!! We need one closer to Boerne/Helotes so bad.

Went to my first lagree class today at Urban & had Meg as my instructor (sunshine human!). The work out was incredibly challenging and intense & the vibes and music were stellar! I can’t wait to see how much stronger I will feel over the next couple months! If you want to *sweat, *shake & be *SORE, GO TO URBAN LAGREE!
