This is a gorgeous hotel but the massage therapist started my massage 5 minutes late and ended our session 10 min early. when I complained to the front desk on my way out, I received a blank stare, then was told the office manager would contact me. No one ever contacted me and no one at the Spa even cared enough to reply to my previous negative review. They actually deleted all the words in my google review!! (see screenshot) That's why I am reposting it now.

Excellent very luxurious hotel located close to San Antonio downtown attractions, the hotel is located around restaurants, an amusement park and retail shops. The restaurant in the hotel is really good and they offer Spa services. We will definitely come back soon.
