Have been a regular customer here for years and over my last few visits, the place has lost its spark. Today I visited for a pedicure, and selected the $55 “lavender and mint” package. I asked for French tip. When I go to check out, the total comes out to $102 & when asked why, they tell me “this is extra” - rather than letting me know on the front end. Poor customer service. Also, why is there still Christmas decor everywhere? Awful experience and won’t be back. I will find another business to support.

I wish I would have found this nail salon sooner! The last nail place I used would make the gel polish look so thick, I just thought that was normal and was going to go back to regular polish. It’s not, it’s not. I love my set and will be returning. They are also extremely transparent with their pricing which is not the norm from my experience. Plus they give a 10% discount for first timers! You have return customers with my daughter and me!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After I saw Erin and Leah on IG ErinNailarts I fell in love with the gel builder they shared. I decided to try it for myself because I do not want acrylics to damage my nails. I want my natural nails to grow healthy and strong. Erin was amazing. He is gentle, funny, and very understanding, especially because I am deaf. We communicated through a device which made everything easy and comfortable. He did my pedicure and kept checking to make sure my partner and I were okay and comfortable the whole time. Leah did my gel builder nails using dual forms and wow I did not expect them to turn out this amazing. I absolutely love them. I will update again in four weeks to share how they hold up. Helen did my partner’s pedicure and my partner loved it. Very relaxing experience. There was also a bartender there and I wish I knew his name because he was hilarious and very sweet. Small advice for nail technicians who wear masks. Deaf and hard of hearing clients often rely on lip reading to communicate better. I really appreciated Erin using a device so I could read captions and understand clearly. Overall such a great experience and I will definitely be back
