My experience here was not good. The tech did not know what she was doing. She initially messed up the shape. I could not really communicate with her either about my needs. Ultimately left with nails I was not happy with at all! I came at 10 and did not leave until 2 a nail set has never taken that long for me anywhere else. It was extremely frustrating! They should not let inexperienced techs to practice on customers. I expect to be able to communicate with the person doing my nails and have my nail done properly. She couldn't even shape nails with the file!
