My first time coming to this salon. My nails came out fine. I even tipped more than I typically would because the tech finished in a timely manner. However, they attempted to overcharge me. As a first time customer I also let them know that I signed up online to receive 10% off. I thought that was a nice incentive. Parking in the area isn’t great at all, a lot of construction going on as well so I literally didn’t have to go to this particular salon. There’s thousands of salons around. Due to the fact that I spoke up, their reaction made me feel as if I did something wrong. When I asked why am I being charged a certain amount, the receptionist was a bit rude. I’ve never had this experience in my life. I’m a very easy customer to please; I don’t need much. Due to this experience, I will never come back and I don’t recommend anyone that I know to go to this particular nail shop.

My first experience at Lucky Nail and Lash Bar was good. I’m familiar with most nail technicians from a previous location, so service was as expected, but special shout to Cherry 🍒 for my Valentine’s Day nails. 💅

Great nail salon with fair pricing. Has super comfy pedicure chairs, is clean, and has a friendly team. Noel is the best. He has saved my postpartum feet. He does a proper pedicure and takes care and attention re cuticles/ingrown nails. Best pedicure I’ve had in DC!
