Had a wonderful experience. Massage therapist (didn't get her name!) was friendly, communicative, and gave me one of the best foot massages I've ever had. It was easy to make an appointment and will definitely come back next time I am in DC!

Tuesday 7:57 3/17/26 ****I called ahead and scheduled my appointment for 7:00 PM, which was later adjusted to 7:30 PM. At 6:45 PM, I called again to let them know I was on my way, and I was told everything was fine. I had also called twice earlier to confirm my appointment. When I arrived at 7:30 PM, I was told they were fully booked. The front desk said they had texted me, which is not true. When I asked to see the message, she showed me someone else’s appointment time (8:30 PM), which was unrelated to me. I was already physically present for my scheduled appointment, yet I was told I would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. It has now been 22 minutes, and I’ve overheard another customer expressing uncertainty about their appointment as well. This situation is frustrating, especially because I’ve never experienced this issue when booking with Coco. The communication and handling at the front desk has not been accurate or transparent. Where is coco?? Cause with out her they are a mess.
