Great rehearsal space. Much quieter than other rehearsal studios and really appreciate that it's a single floor (no elevators or stairs!) As other reviews mention definitely bring in any valuables from your car, this goes for parking anywhere in Oakland and should just be common sense at this point. Room prices are fair for the area.

Pretty good monthly studio rentals. Wall insulation is not great. You can hear other bands playing all around, but no one seems to care since we're all loud. Good security but parking can be a bit sketchy. Don't leave stuff in your car or leave gear unattended while loading up.
