We stopped by thinking we were just going to browse around. Gary greeted us at the door and asked if we had any questions. We told him we just wanted to get a feel of what we may be purchasing (living room set) he pointed us in the direction and let us be. He checked in on us periodically and before we knew it we fell in love with 2 sets. He searched the one we were more leaning towards and that’s how we made our final decision. He was extremely helpful and felt so at ease, there was no pressure at all. Gary is great! Made the shopping experience painless, we actually had a great time chatting with him.
