Hope was amazing. She did her thing on me with the clear and brilliance! It was spicy cause I got the texture and pore option but worth it! Also Arianna at the front went above and beyond for me. I forgot to park in the garage and she found the street parking code for me. She’s so sweet! Thank you Laser Away!

Extremely disappointed, especially considering I'm paying $4,000 in this treatment! During my last visit 03/28/26, I had to stop my session early due to unsafe and uncomfortable conditions (the room temperature became excessively hot, and I felt unable to continue). Despite this, the session was still marked as “completed.” I also experienced a lack of professionalism from both the technician and front desk staff, including dismissive behavior when I raised concerns and no access to management for resolution. Additionally, there were discrepancies between the areas I requested during consultation and what was actually added to my package, and I’ve been told no adjustments can be made. I am hoping management reviews this and reaches out to resolve the situation appropriately.
