REVIEW NOT REFLECTIVE OF PERSONNEL! The 2nd Street Service Team is great. This is a 2-star review because the facilities have generous wear & tear that have not been addressed by management. The nail salon specifically could do with a significant update. Think rotting wood. The women’s locker room consistently needs more frequent attention. There were used sandals & robes in the corner and the restroom could have been picked up a bit.

From the moment I walked in I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation. I was greeted warmly by a gentleman who's name I'm afraid I didn't catch who walked me through the process of getting my locker, the robe and slippers, the steam shower and the amenities before the treatment. The robe was so plush and comfortable and the steam showers were such a lovely touch. I also particularly loved the art in the women's change room depicting the tree stumps from Japan. I was transported. Once I found my way to the waiting Lounge, Katie greeted me and was thorough in her intake. She was very attentive and asked clarifying questions about specific areas I wanted treated, if I had any allergies or aversions to my treatment and listened intently to all my aches and pains. As a massage therapist from Canada myself, I really felt taken care of and respected both during intake and on the table. Katie did an excellent job of applying techniques and checking into my comfort levels while still providing a relaxing and therapeutic deep tissue massage. Definitely one of the top massages I've ever had and her expertise really shines through. I will be recommending Katie to some of my clients northside who venture to Austin frequently with a great amount of confidence that they will be in extremely good hands, pun intended. Thank you for such a captivating time and I look forward to coming down again.

The people that great you when you walk through the door, are always SO friendly, helpful & kind. Over the past few weeks I've had many treatments at this fabulous spa. I have had the BEST massages I've ever had with Titi! She is professional, extremely skilled and an overall nice person. I had my hair cut & colored by JD who's such a great person and who did a great job on my hair. I love what he did. I highly recommend treating yourself to Milk & Honey!

Brendan and Zuzia were great, and I really enjoyed the facial and deep tissue massage. It was a great and relaxing way to spend the day and I wish I could've just stayed there and relaxed. The star off is because nothing lasted the way I wanted it to. I have had a few massages and they never leave me feeling looser the way I've been told they should, and I broke out soon after the facial. Probably a me problem, but who knows.
