I want to share my positive experience with Babatunde at LensCrafters. My wife lent her glasses for free, and we’ve purchased two pairs of prescription glasses from this location. We also used the damage protection plan once, and it was no big deal getting the glasses replaced under warranty—everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Bought glasses here and had no issues whatsoever years ago and paid nearly a thousand for them and liked the service.
