Walked in for a courtesy eyeglass adjustment. Anna was awesome! She went out of her way to adjust and clean the whole family's glasses.

Anna is a pro. I walked in, she took one look at my glasses and knew exactly how to adjust them. Seven minutes in and out. And they were perfect. Great experience buying with her and coming back in for the adjustment.

It’s not the easiest place to find (3rd Floor in Macy’s) but I promise you the service is worth the journey. Anna is an absolute wizard fixing two $300+ pairs of glasses I was prepared to ditch and re-buy. She kept me entertained with laughs, helpful tips for caring for my glasses, and even helped two other customers all while her hands continued doing CPR on my shades. Will definitely be back - world class opticians!
