Cardio equipment is constantly broke. When it is reported, the desk attendant does not take notes. They just say thanks. There are no inspections on the equipment to determine faulty equipment. For such an expensive facility, you would think they would keep better control of their limited equipment. Update 6/18/2024 - due to a medical issue I have not been as active at Liftime. I have only been there twice in the last month almost exactly 30 days apart. Both times I have had to report defective cardio equipment. I did recieve a survey from lifetime in which I did mention the continuiosly defective equipment. I recieved a personal response from the manager reccomending that I find another club. After more than 2 years of clients reporting defective equipment (and canceling their membership) you would think that the Lifetime corporate office would replace this incompetent manager. For as much as they charge, the least that they could do for their clients is provide the basics - working equipment. It's too bad that their isn't another high end club like Equinox around. Lifetime needs competition. Update 2/22/26 still has equipment issues and AV problems with the equipment. They recently made a major layout change by eliminatinh the full basketball court and extending the available floor space to accommodate better spacing and more weight machines. They also constructed a lot of personal space for private pilates and stretching classes. There is also more space for personal cardio and stretching. The basketball and paddle ball users are disappointed for sure with the loss of their activities. I like the changes. The modifications were nicely done

Over all this is not a bad gym. Its just way overpriced for what you get. For $300 per month this place should have hyperbaric chambers for everyone to use. If you go between 5-7pm its a madhouse and you might as well be going to planet fitness. I heard other locations are soo much better the comparison is day and night but I live in East Denver and the commute is just not worth it to not be able to do what you need because its too busy. They do have some amazing personal trainers and i highly recommend them.

Simply not worth it. The staff is very nice and friendly. The expectation the price dictates is not met by the club overall. There are way too many members for the gym to feel comfortable. And it feels like many of the members are retired and live in the locker room. The sauna is generally full. I have to wipe down my locker every time I come here, because it always has hair and dirt inside. Shower pressure is hit or miss. Some of them are fine, but others have no pressure and showering is a frustrating experience. At this point, I don't even bother planning to use the locker room/sauna/shower, and I just want to complete my workout and leave as quickly as possible. Overall, I can't recommend this gym and I hope an alternative opens
