Poor customer service I came for a tour before possibly joining but when I came in they stared at me as if I was trespassing. No one spoke, no one told me about any services LIFT offer, didn’t offer a tour nothing! Just a dazed look on face that pretty much said “why are you here” This experience was very uncomfortable. I guess Pete with the Mr.clean isn’t used to black man trying to work out in their neighborhood! All he said was sorry we don’t have “open gym here” Sad! lol do better brother.

Abby is great! I’ve been training with her for almost 2 years and it’s been great! The set time forces me to workout. Lift is a great option for beginners (like me!) or more experienced weight lifters. Facilites are welcoming and clean :)

The women's LIFT class has been a highlight of my week for a few years now. Sarah is a fantastic trainer who puts together great workouts and provides helpful feedback. I can't recommend these classes enough! If you are an experienced lifter, new to lifting, or anywhere in between, this class will be well worth your time.

I’ve been training with Sarah at Lift for almost 2.5 years and it has been a great experience! I had never been able to maintain motivation for a consistent workout routine until I started at Lift. I appreciate the one on one attention that each trainer provides without the pressure of a large and crowded gym. The workouts are tailored to your ability and goals which has been especially important to my recovery following knee surgery last year.
