It was truly fortunate for us to discover this place—it’s a hidden gem. We first found it online and booked an appointment for an initial body evaluation and a brief counseling session. From there, the coach created a concrete plan tailored to our needs, and we trusted it 100%. Was it painful and slow to build up? Absolutely. But in the end, every bit of effort paid off, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.Everyone at this gym is not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about health management and guiding us toward a successful journey. I've been a member at CFP for just over 1.5 years and would highly recommend this gym. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, and all of the trainers are motivating, professional, and attentive. While the workouts follow a structured program, individual exercises can be modified based on your fitness level or to work around injuries. Training blocks are thoughtfully programmed with a focus on functional fitness, helping you build real strength over time. You track your progress week by week, which keeps you motivated and shows how far you’ve come. It’s a welcoming, encouraging environment where everyone works hard and supports each other. The community is one of the best parts: so many great people work out here, and it’s genuinely a joy to be part of it.

CFP is a wonderful place where you can start or re-start your exercise routine. Not only do you meet great teammates, but coaches are also very knowledgeable and can fit any program to your strengths and lifestyle. I had been out of exercise for the last couple of years, gained weight, and felt so lazy and tired all the time, but now I feel much better and am physically stronger.
