I never left a negative review, but this was serious enough that I’d like to share my experience. I came in for a pedicure because the salon looked beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the prices suggested a high standard. Unfortunately, after my visit, I developed a serious toenail infection and had to see a foot specialist. The doctor diagnosed Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with bacterial infection in multiple toes and fungal involvement as well. She explained this was likely caused by cuticles being cut too aggressively and tools not being fully disinfected between clients. One nail had already turned black, and samples were sent to the lab. Now I need 6 months of medication, prescription treatment, laser treatment, and about 6 months of healing. I will not be returning and would strongly urge the salon to improve sanitation and tool disinfection standards. I was also surprised not to see visible salon or technician licenses displayed.

They do a great job! The Russian hard gel mani has lasted me 4+ weeks each time with a regular nail tech. I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time. I left my AirPods behind once and they called me immediately. I will continue to come back!

Amazing experience with Madina! Wanted to try out the Russian manicure while in visiting and the staff was very friendly, the salon is very clean and peaceful! 10/10, would recommend 💕
