Initial communication about services and scheduling was clear and professional. I received confirmation and reminders, and Jhordan Mora arrived right on time. Jhordan did a thorough job assessing the state of our two systems and then cleaned them methodically from top to bottom. He carefully maneuvered his giant machines through the maze that is our house, and up and down multiple flights of stairs. It took quite a few hours to clean both systems (and the dryer vents), to check for leaks and treat with antimicrobial agent. To my amazement, our house remained clean throughout the whole process - Jhordan had sealed everything, so none of that dust went anywhere (other than his big vacuum). The leakage reports were interesting, too: we are currently losing quite a bit of air from both of our systems, so getting that taken care of will make our systems more efficient, too. This service was not the cheapest, but it was worth it - and feel good about the air we are breathing in our house now.

Beware of scams out there. Lowe's air duct cleaning is not one of those.
