After dealing with flickering lights/outages for a few days, opening about 7 tickets, and making countless phone calls, I got to a point breaking point with ComEd. That’s when I reached out to Sapphire Electric and worked directly with Daniel and honestly, that made all the difference. They were extremely responsive. I called late at night 12:30 p.m and they picked up right away. They scheduled me for an early appointment the next morning. Daniel showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process. He clearly explained that the problem was on ComEd’s side and didn’t just stop there. He submitted a ticket through his professional portal with his license, photos, and all the necessary documentation to push things forward. On top of that, they were actively following up with ComEd to make sure a technician actually came out. Once ComEd arrived, Daniel came back to my home, spoke directly with their technician, and made sure everything was properly addressed so this wouldn’t happen again. End result, issue resolved the same day. If you want someone who actually shows up, communicates, and gets things done, these are your guys.

Sean the Electrician was supremely professional and competent, quickly assessing our electrical problem and then providing a solid and relatively prompt solution. I was concerned that the repair would involve running new lines and added expenses but that was not the case. I also appreciated Sean’s explanations and patience as he allowed me to shadow his work and ask questions. Most importantly, my wife and I are able to sleep peacefully now, with this nagging circuit problem finally and safely resolved.

Replaced a ton of light switches with modern, but fussy, ones and upgraded our two Nest thermostats. Always great communication and wonderful service. There was a minor issue with one of the light switches, and they came back to fix it at no charge. Would definitely recommend.
