Darrell at Sims & Sons is a literal wizard. We had a lightbulb socket decide to go out in a blaze of glory late tonight, and of course, it happened at the exact moment I was ready to call it a day. Darrell came in absolutely clutch. Instead of giving me the "call back during business hours" routine, he jumped on a FaceTime call to help us triage the situation. He walked us through the safety checks like a flight controller guiding a shaky landing, making sure we weren’t going to spend the rest of the night sitting in the dark with a flashlight.
