absolutely love Mashka Jewelry! Every piece in the store feels like it has a story — elegant, unique, and beautifully crafted. You can tell the materials are high-quality, and the designs strike a perfect balance between modern and timeless. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the earrings I bought here, and they’ve become my go-to when I want to feel a little extra put together. The staff is also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They truly care about helping you find something that fits your style and makes you feel special. The whole vibe of the shop is cozy and inspiring — it’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. A hidden gem in the heart of SF!

Terrible customer service. My partner and I walked in on an early Sunday afternoon looking to buy jewelry and the lady behind the counter just looked at us without even a smile or simple hello or any kind of greeting. She just went back to looking on her computer like we were a bother. We instantly left and took our business elsewhere. There are plenty of other warm and welcoming businesses throughout the city to take your business to.

ADDENDUM: The store owner just called me and apologized for the poor service and I will be dropping off my earrings for repair this week. I appreciate the time she took to call and address the problem. I want to like this place because the jewelry is gorgeous but the customer service is horrific. I wore a pair of stud earrings twice and the post broke off one. I brought the earrings in to help repaired or replaced and I was asked to pay $25 for a replacement pair. When I refused I was offered to pay $20. I took my broken earrings and left and will not be a return customer. When an expensive piece of jewelry breaks so quickly a replacement or repair should offered free or charge.

I can’t believe I was able to have a custom necklace made the same day! Great communication and very helpful with the design and concept. My wife loved it. Thank you guys!
