I have been a client of Menava for decades and have been extremely happy with them until now. I have waited months for them to correspond with me. I have even left a note on their office door. No reply.

I've been going here for several years and thought highly of them but this experience has caused me to look for a new accountant. No communication. I called multiple times leaving messages in different mail boxes with no return phone calls. They emailed me my bill. A month later still no return. I called again and they asked if I signed another form....what form...they never sent it. They did however file an extension on my behalf (thanks, I would not need it if you called me back or emailed the forms) I asked for the form and they said they would email it. Nope. So I go to the office and they the receptionist said oh we have the wrong email on file....then how did you email me an invoice to collect your fee?? The she said it's not my fault I just started working here .... Will not be returning...nor my parents...still have not received my return either...
