[Update]: They reached out very kindly offering to help fixing my issue(s). Thanks to Kerrin and team. Kerrin was great to talk to. However, she did not give me style or results I was looking for. I asked about bangs and the hair cut + style looked good only right out of the salon. I also mentioned that I usually wear my hair straight but the layers on my hair (after styling it the same way) at home were so disproportionate and had only two discrete levels with the bottom layer being super thinned out. I ended up looking like I have a trapper hat on 24/7 with a mushroom haircut on top and long thinned hair in the back/bottom. It looks like I now have a bob but also random hair in the back that was left out?? Other than this, I also got the deep conditioning treatment - the products were top notch and great quality (Kerastase) but towards the end I had huge flakes on my scalp? I don’t know if it didn’t suit my scalp or if the product wasn’t washed out properly. FYI- I do not have a sensitive scalp. Overall - good “experience” and friendly staff, but not worth the $$ for me

Kerrin is seriously the best colorist I've ever been to! I went in wanting all over blond with softer root shadow She listened so carefully, showed me realistic photo examples, mixed the most perfect toned-up blonde, and the cut is so soft and blended. My hair feels healthy, not fried. Booking with on the website was great I will be back again in a heartbeat!
