I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Modani Furniture. My king-size bed delivery on 4/14/26 was handled by their delivery partner, Point 2 Point Delivery, and the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. The delivery team had trouble getting the box onto the freight elevator and spent nearly an hour complaining instead of finding a solution. They ended up only bringing up part of the bed (the frame) and left the main box behind, meaning the delivery was never completed. We stayed in contact for two days trying to resolve it, but Point 2 Point refused to come back, saying they didn’t want to be held liable. When I reached out to Modani for help, they only offered $79 back out of the $250 delivery fee because it was considered “curbside,” even though the delivery was clearly incomplete. I live on the 37th floor, and my husband and his brother ended up figuring it out themselves. When they opened the box, the first thing they saw were instructions on how to fit it into an elevator—something the delivery team either ignored or didn’t check. They were able to get it upstairs without issue. We also had to pay out of pocket to have someone assemble the bed, adding even more cost. For a purchase at this price point, I expected better service and accountability. If Modani is going to use third-party delivery companies, they should ensure the job is actually completed and support their customers when things go wrong.

Modani furnitures is very low quality, when it arrives to your home it is broken, damaged or delivered in a different color. The store Mnger simply doesn’t care after the sale is complete. Customer service will do everything they can NOT to replace your furniture and if you haven’t reported the issue after 7 days…….. you are on your own!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Modani Furnitures!!!!!!
