Great place. I found them when Guitar Center both wanted to over charge and told me it would take three weeks. My son's guitar was serviced while I waited. I was there less than an hour. They did a great job.

Great little independent shop. Friendly staff without the Box Store Attitude. Gave me a terrific deal on a Taylor acoustic, and set it up perfectly for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

I had my guitar serviced here for new strings, they did an amazing job and were very friendly. efficient with their time. I recommend going here before going to a bigger chain store I found everything I needed and their prices are reasonable.

What a gem of a guitar store in Austin! First off Julio, Paul, and the rest of the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. I did not feel intimidated walking in and they encourage you to look around and try their instruments. There's a huge range of price points and a surprising number of guitars packed in the store. I ended up trading in my PRS for this beautiful 1980's Daion that I fell in love with. The transaction was easy peasy. Regarding service, it was my guitar teacher who recommended this place. They have a very quick turnaround time and competitive pricing. I brought in another guitar for a health check and to get the action lowered. Happy with the work! I'm definitely coming back and making future purchases here
