We called in to setup same day appointment. They give you a whole hour to explain all the options, you can try out as many as you want and in any price range. The sales person Matthew helped us with all our questions. He is not pushy and provides all the details you need including warranty, delivery etc. And they have a huge collection of digital pianos.
