The experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and service. This business was recommended to me, which is why I chose to try it, but the experience did not meet expectations. Before leaving, Ana felt my dog’s coat, discussed the requested haircut, and explained that matting would be an extra charge. I made it clear that my dog is brushed daily, asked her to check thoroughly, and explained that the only sensitive areas were around his eyes and mouth. Despite this, I was contacted after I had already left and told he was matted, without being shown or consulted beforehand, even though I specifically asked to see any issues before any cutting was done. My dog remained there for about four hours with no updates, and I had to call the salon myself for information. When I picked him up, the haircut was not what was agreed upon and appeared uneven and poorly done. The promise to save his hair was not honored, and my dog did not look or act the way he normally does after grooming. I also felt uncomfortable being pushed to switch services, and the pricing did not align with the level of care provided. Overall, this felt like a lack of transparency and consideration, especially given the high cost, and left me feeling that my concerns and expectations were disregarded. I do not recommend taking high-maintenance coat dogs here.

Eunice always does a great job grooming my dog. You can tell she cares about the pups and is very knowledgeable. Everyone at the store is always so kind to us when we come in. I will be continuing my dog’s regular grooming here with Eunice and will continue to shop here for all his needs. Happy to support a local small business. Highly recommend to all

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and they know my dog (Sugar) by name. They always do an amazing job on her haircuts and Sugar loves playing with her friend Snow ☺️

I called to ask for some information, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Since the store is right in my neighborhood, I stopped by and was assisted quickly and warmly. It was the first time my dog Buzz didn’t cry while getting his nails trimmed that alone says a lot! The prices are very reasonable, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Eunice is the best groomer!! My dog is a rambunctious puppy and Eunice did an excellent job regardless. She listened to every thing I asked for including cleaning paws, ears, trimming nails. Thank you so much for being so careful
