We did have a couple small mechanical issues - and they got a mechanic to the job site within 20 minutes each time we called and we were back to work in no time. I had a big job lined up this past weekend and was in major need of a wood chipper, and I had truly called all over Sacramento and no one except the guys over at Nor-Cal had one available. So we set up a day I was gonna pick it up and as soon as I had arrived the one they had all of a sudden broke down. And this is how I knew that this company was really about customer service was when they had there guys out there working on it and would not let me leave until they could either have it fixed or find another way to get that peice of equipment out to my my job site the day I was gonna need it. I'm happy to say that I was able to leave with the chipper and got the work done and a very happy client. Thank you guys so much I wish I could leave more stars because you guys truly deserve it
