Had a great experience thanks to Maria at the front desk eventhough i was a lot of pain. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. It's clear she takes pride in her work and values every patient who walks through the door as does Dr.Hernandez. Thanks to them i was able to get referred out and seen the same day for oral surgery, thanks again for your outstanding service!.Dr. Hernandez was very helpful and has very good bed side manners. He truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve had multiple interactions with a staff member named Sheila, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Her communication style comes across as dismissive and at times rude. During one visit, she made a comment referring to me as “one of those,” which felt unprofessional and inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Most concerning was a recent visit where my minor son was undergoing a root canal. While I understand there may be policies about parents not being in the room, Sheila’s approach felt unnecessarily restrictive and lacked empathy. It felt like she went out of her way to prevent me from checking on my child, rather than explaining the situation or offering reassurance. I want to be clear that the rest of the staff—from the receptionist to the dentist—have been wonderful. However, this repeated experience with Sheila makes me question whether I want to continue coming here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as patient communication and professionalism matter just as much as clinical care.
