I get told 3 hrs to do the work on the phone .I show up and tech guy says 3 1/2 hrs.. he talks to the owner and suddenly it's 4 hrs to do the work .. no thanks. Not good business practice. I'll go somewhere else that at least feels more honest and upfront

This has been one of the best car audio shops I’ve been to. The staff were very careful with my subwoofer installation and very responsive to my requests. The owner worked with me to build my ideal set up. Overall, an amazing experience!

These guys are very unprofessional, they broke my car interior seals while doing fitting now my interior is not knocked fit they don’t have tools to open and they are scammers

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to the same person for my car audio needs for over 10 years, but after speaking with the owner here over the phone, I decided to give them a chance. I’m glad I did! Not only did they take great care of my music setup, but they also handled my tinted windows. The service was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. They’ve definitely made a new customer out of me, and I’ll be bringing my other cars here moving forward. Highly recommend!

Hey - I had another business do my car stereo and they had high ratings on another website (rhymes with “help”.) the owner of that business was nice but…Oakland hi fi is the place I went to first. Ray is the most professional and courteous guy around and he runs a tight ship! In by 2:30 and full installation by 4:30, no haggling over time, extra parts, and the like as there was with it other installer, no technical problems, no follow up, drove out of there and it works like a dream. Plus he has a real shop, a real garage and custom quality installation. He even drove me to a coffee shop with WiFi to wait for the install and picked me up. A real gentleman, wish I had done by him in the first install (which had to be removed.). The five * is for real!
