I was able to get a next day appointment with the person who helped me the last time I got glasses. Diem was so great the last time that I wanted to see her again. She is professional, friendly, and helpful. She said that she could not believe it had been two years since she last saw me, so I knew she checked my chart before the appointment. She said she noticed that I had a slight change but enough to get new glasses. She took her time and provided excellent service. Also, the reception person was very friendly. He immediately smiled when I approached his desk.

Adrian was great. My complaint is with the 2020 site. When making my appointment I was automatically sent there to check my benefit. I got a congratulations your benefit is available. When I got to my appointment I was informed my benefit wasn't available for another 5 months. Very upsetting and irritating. I was told by Adrian that there is a known glitch in the system. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY AS YOU WILL HAVE MANY OUTRAGED PATIENTS.
