Very unprofessional and irresponsible experience. My online contact lens provider attempted to verify my prescription with this clinic, and they provided the wrong prescription information. As a result, I spent nearly $300 on lenses that I cannot use. I reached out to the clinic to correct the issue, but I never received any response. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

Emily was so amazing & gentle with my daughter. We had a great experience. Would have definitely been 5 stars but I had to pay way more out of pocket for glasses that were supposed to be covered by insurance. All these extra fees. I felt pressured to buy with them. I didn’t like that. What’s the point of insurance?!

Dr. Emily Wang was absolutely lovely—kind, patient, and professional. My issue isn't with her care, but rather with the pricing and sales process after the exam. I was surprised by the cost of the eye exam, which seemed higher than what I’ve paid elsewhere. Afterward, I was immediately walked through contact lens options and felt pressured to make a purchase on the spot. I was encouraged to buy a year’s supply of contacts for over $1,000 (with a $300 rebate), which felt excessive. I opted for a six-month supply instead. Later, I discovered the exact same Acuvue Oasys 1-Day (90 Pack) lenses were significantly cheaper online—$93 at Warby Parker versus the $137 I was charged. When I tried to cancel, I was told that wasn’t possible. I did receive a $24 credit, but the $150 my insurance contributed didn’t seem to be factored in or refunded. I left feeling taken advantage of, which is disappointing after such a positive interaction with Dr. Wang. My advice: price match before committing to a purchase.

I had the best experience today. The exam was fast and efficient and no issues there. But the best part was after my exam and checking out with the assistant manager Courtney. She was so nice and so helpful walking me through my options for buying glasses and contacts. I always dread this part of visitng the eye doctor and normally just order online. They offer a price matching program to match what I would have paid online and she explained how to get the rebate from the contact brand. She was just so great to work with, I really enjoyed meeting with her.
