My husband and I planned a little date night in Fairmont hotel: we got our massages in Penelope, then went to spa zone (pool/sauna) which is extra cost $95pp and finished the evening with the delicion dinner in The George restaraunt. The spa is located on the lower floor and it's not connected with the hotel, so you'll need a key card to go to the spa zone as it's located on a different floor. I got pregnancy massage and it was average (3/5) while my husband really liked his deep tissue (5/5). The staff is attentive and accommodating to our special needs. It was a great experience overall.

I consistently come here to get my hair colored by Sue and cut by Tania. They are the BEST stylists around and I always walk out feeling my best. Sue and Tania both take into account what I am feeling/wanting while guiding me in the right direction based on their expertise. I trusted them with my wedding color and cut. :) I also want to say their waxing services (Sonya) are top notch. I also used to go there for Xeomin from the Med Spa and always had a wonderful experience - very natural results.

From start to finish, my experience at the Penelope spa was second to none! I was greeted by Micah and Mary, who were incredibly kind and offered me refreshments as they were checking me in. I had a 75-minute facial by Ivanna, who tailored a combination of masques and facial massage to achieve all of my treatment goals. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a tranquil ambiance paired with excellent services.
