Cannot recommend Perfect Stride enough! I worked with Emily Yong over the course of about a year. Prior to working with Perfect Stride, I had been caught in a multi-year injury cycle and could never get back to running consistently—no matter what I tried, including other physical therapy clinics. Through Emily's guidance ranging from strength training to plyometrics to recovery to slowly building up mileage, I've been able to finally run consistently again and have my first ever half marathon coming up this Sunday. Emily has a unique blend of expertise stemming from her own experience running track & field and it was definitely a highlight every week getting to work with her. If I ever have any physical therapy needs as I look to run my first marathon later this year, there's no question I'll be returning to Perfect Stride.

I absolutely love perfect stride and am so happy with the care I've received so far. After struggling with other PTs in the city I finally found a place that specializes in running and ankle mobility. Dominik has been THE BEST therapist and after only a few weeks I can already tell my injury is improving. So thankful for him and his attention to detail!

5 stars. I've worked with Dominik for several months for a chronic, inscrutable, long-lasting hip and knee overuse injury. I've worked with several PTs prior and Perfect Stride is the first time that I've made meaningful progress towards being pain-free in every activity again! Thing to highlight: * Dominik is very to date on the latest research and treatments. The extra effort he puts into continual education pays off. * Sessions are 1-1 for the full hour. * The copay/pricing was very reasonable (with my insurance). * Everyone is likeable and kind. * The clientele are largely athletes.

Perfect Stride PT is great! I have been having chronic knee pain from running for the past 3 months and haven't made progress on my own. During my initial consultation visit, Emily skillfully identified the root deficiencies/imbalances causing my knee pain and offered a comprehensive plan to help me not only recover from my knee pain but also train for my marathon which I had almost given up on! The 1:1 for 1 hour format is super productive and feels very personal. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Vikash and his staff at Perfect Stride more! Two years ago, I discovered I had a stress fracture in my right foot (specifically the sesamoid). After seeing multiple podiatrists and PT’s and undergoing a bunionectomy, my condition had actually worsened! It wasn’t until I started seeing Vikash that I started to see consistent improvement. Now nearly six months later, I am finally walking again without constant pain. Definitely not perfect, but nothing is. So beyond happy with Vikash, and I will continue to see him to build even more strength.
