Have been going here for years but recently had an incident where there was pantry moths/larvae in my dog food immediately after opening. Spoke to a few others who get their dog food here as well and have had same problem before. Employees I spoke to at the store were very dismissive. Will not be shopping here anymore. Make sure to check your dog food before you lease if buying here.

Updating my review as this location has gotten consistently worse over the years. I think they make too much money to care about their customers experience. I no longer shop here regularly or use their services. I only come to this location if I’m already nearby and I need to stop in for a quick purchase. This evening I did that about 10 minutes before they closed and they told me that their system went down and it would take too long to restart so I would need to come back tomorrow. Everyone in the store had to leave empty-handed. Their GM did not care. Go support your local pet stores. This place doesn’t care about their customers, their store makes enough money not to care. ———————————— I took my 8 year old spaniel mix Charlie to the grooming salon and Teresita took great care of him! She was very knowledgeable about the services the grooming salon offers. She asked me several questions about the type of haircut I wanted for him, and even called me during his appointment to make sure that she got it exactly right. Excellent service. I highly recommend Teresita!
