I get sad coming to this specific location because of all the dead bettas on the wall. Every time I come, I see between 1-3 dead bettas in the cups. Today after bringing 3 of them to the front, I asked how often they change the water. The employee was very nice, as they all are here, and said they change it every other day. Considering the state of the water in the deceased betta’s cups, I don’t think it’s been changed every other day. I told the employee considering the size of the cups, they need to be changed every day. I’m ready to volunteer here to help take care of the bettas until they find loving homes because it’s so unsettling to see this every time I come in for anything, in addition to just having a love for bettas. 3 stars for nice employees.

Not a good service at Curtner for Grooming, I always take my pet to Almaden but they didn’t have any appointments available for bath so I give it a 4th time try on Curtner, unfortunately they don’t have a professionalism or friendly attitude . I just love Almaden personal way better.!!! Is there a 0 start will be better score for there grooming staff!! Strongly do not recommend these one!! Even camel is some what better .

I see a lot of bad reviews about grooming, but this review isn’t about the grooming. I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for years now usually I don’t have an issue with them maybe with an employee (couple years ago) but today April 1, 2026 my best friend and I were there getting some dog food when we came across Fresh dog food that is supposed to be refrigerated. We did feel the boxes and they no longer felt cold. They felt room temp or under that, I immediately took a picture, looked for an employee Nearby to see if they were putting it up, but they were more focused on putting up the dry cat food. To me, this can be a potential safety hazard if an animal consumes this.. I just wanted to put the awareness out there to be careful if you’re buying fresh dog food.
