I went to present practice for a hot Pilates session with Olivia S today and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect combination of Pilates burn and mindfulness/ breathing focus. Olivia was knowledgeable, encouraging and approachable. What a workout! I’ll be sore tomorrow!

Things are fixed I feel happy, I felt bad. I was like omg, I'm so confused but less I'm happy with the class its kind of hard but its worth it. It definitely gave me a good stretch but also like it mentally clears my mind fresh slate positivity. I've been cold from winter so its been cozy to be able to heat up my core temperature a bit. Sometimes I overheat from Austins weather so its been a challenge maintaining now to hot or cold temps. Best thing I could do with my time.

Lovely studio, great facilities & friendly staff. I did the Yin Yoga (Giaconda) with Live Music (Sydney Wright) & I cannot speak highly enough of this particular class. Gia creates a beautiful, trauma-informed, restorative vibe & Sydney's music & voice are magical. I've done a lot of these sort of classes all over the world, and these two women really know their stuff. Keep an eye out for this class & grab the opportunity to experience it if you can.

It's a wonderful blessing to have a yoga home. The people who practice here and the teachers are welcoming, respectful, and kind.

Such a gorgeous studio and wonderful class!! The vinyasa with Morgan was one of the best classes I’ve ever been to. It was a challenging, beautiful flow.
