I usually go there for contrast therapy and recently had an issue with the temperature. I notified them after and both Stephanie and the owner were really responsive and understanding and immediately offered another session to make up for it. One piece of advice is to ask for private bike parking if you ride a bike to protect yourself from possible theft. They are very accommodating for that. Overall a great experience. Thanks YTX team.

I took a yostrong class with Diana Wilcox and it was soo intense in the best way! She killed us with the core exercises and then the full body hiit workout. The cold, wet lavender rag at the cool down part felt like a well-earned reward. I highly recommend this intense 50 min class and the ytx facility is beautiful. The juice bar is so refreshing after a good sweat!
