My husband and I visited this store for the first time after hearing about it on social media, especially since they’re known for carrying Jellycats. We arrived right at opening and, unfortunately, were not greeted when we walked in. At first, I didn’t think much of it. We made our way over to the Jellycat section and started browsing. A few minutes later, two separate women came in with their children and were immediately greeted by staff. From that point on, my husband and I couldn’t help but notice that we seemed to be watched and followed around the store, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Eventually, a staff member asked if we needed help, but by then the atmosphere already felt unwelcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially for our first visit. We did not feel comfortable or valued as customers, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I visit Pretty Please Boutique from time to time and the women who work here are kind and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the people who come through the door. They make you feel less like a customer and more like a friend.

There’s no place like Pretty Please! They have a great variety of clothing, gifts, and jewelry. The staff is so helpful and the complimentary gift wrapping is always beautiful!

I stopped by this boutique to buy a gift for my wife. After being greeted by the ladies, they helped me select a bracelet and wrap it for her birthday. The whole process was quick and easy. I highly recommend Pretty Please.
